In 1985, Mario Rossi opened a small restaurant on 7th Street with one goal: bring authentic Italian flavors to Saint Paul. No shortcuts. No compromises.

Forty years later, his grandchildren still make pasta by hand every morning. The recipes haven't changed. The passion hasn't faded.
